Alphachimp provide graphic facilitation for The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, recipient of a $10.9 million grant from the Walmart Foundation to help Workforce Development Boards around the country provide education and employment services for retail workers. 

The hospitality/retail sector plays a key role in contributing to the American economy, supporting one in four jobs, which makes driving careers in retail economically responsible, according to the National Retail Federation.

At this one-day retreat, the ten regional Workforce Development Boards from across the United States discussed their activities to prepare next generation retail workers.
